Daneille (Dani)
PTDaneille graduated with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 1993 from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. After graduation she returned to her home state of GA, settling in Atlanta. She worked at South Fulton Medical Center where she was able to get a wide range of experience including in-patient, out-patient, rehabilitation and In the NICU. Her work in the NICU was her first exposure to pediatrics. She then began to work as a traveling therapist where she continued to gain pediatric experience including in-patient rehab at Scottish Rite Hospital (now CHOA) and home health pediatrics. She was soon hired on by the home health company and focused full time on pediatrics.
In 1998 she left her work as a physical therapist to follow another dream to be a missionary in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. She lived and worked there for 14 years during which she met and married her husband Darko and had 2 sons, Dominik and Ian. In 2012, she returned back to the U.S to her hometown of Athens with her family and began to pursue resuming her career as a pediatric therapist. She fulfilled all of the requirements needed to get her license reinstated and is excited about working again with these special children and being a part of Activekidz.

Emily
DPTEmily graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. She then graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Emily has experience in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, school, and home health, working with different patient populations. However, pediatrics has always been her true passion. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and fishing as well as playing/watching sports (Go Dawgs!) and spending time with her family and friends.

Zoe
DPTZoe graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Following graduation, she gained pediatric experience in a variety of settings including hospital, outpatient, school and home care. Zoe has also gained experience in geriatric home health care and has centered her practice on the well being of her patients. Zoe enjoys playing softball, reading and spending quality time with her husband, good friends and her chocolate lab, Sammie.

Reva
OTRReva is an occupational therapist at Activekidz Therapy. She is originally from a tiny town in southwest Georgia called Donalsonville. After high school, Reva moved to Athens to attend The University of Georgia and later graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology. She fell in love with the city of Athens during her time and is excited to be back! After college, Reva received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Florida A&M University located in Tallahassee, FL. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her three sisters, her mom, and her friends. They enjoy traveling and trying new food and restaurants. Reva is so excited to begin working with Activekidz!

Rena
OTRRena is new to the state of Georgia, having just moved here from Oklahoma. She graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a BS degree in Occupational Therapy in Lubbock, TX. After graduation, Rena and her husband moved to Shanghai, China, where she had the opportunity to volunteer at Shanghai Children’s Medical Center to assist this hospital in setting up an OT department, as well as treating private clients there. Upon returning to the U.S, she has worked in pediatric outpatient and home-based therapy for 9 years in both Texas and Oklahoma. Rena has experience working with a variety of diagnoses and treatment strategies.
Rena and her husband have 3 awesome teenagers and she enjoys the outdoors, movies, reading and eating out. She also likes to volunteer in the children’s program at church.

Becky
MHS, OTR/L, C/NDTBecky has a bachelors degree from the University of Georgia and a masters in occupational therapy from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She has a heart for kids of all ages and loves her occupation. She has spent most of her career specializing in neurological disorders, primarily cerebral palsy, practicing with the Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) approach. Becky became NDT certified in 2015. She has had a key roll in the Tri My Best Triathlon development in Augusta over the years and presented multiple times at APTA’s SoPAC conference for the triathlon. She now lives in Watkinsville with her husband and children, Olivia and Henry. Becky loves being a mama, enjoys sewing and spending time with family during her spare time.

Sydney
M.S. CCC-SLPSydney graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2017 with a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Since graduating, Sydney has worked in the public school system in Arkansas serving preschoolers, but she is excited to join the Activekidz team after relocating to Georgia. She is passionate about
being a speech therapist because she loves making connections with families and helping their children succeed. Sydney lives in Athens, GA with her husband, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping and crafting. -
Molly
MA, CCC-SLPMolly attended Arkansas State University for her undergraduate degree and graduated with her Master’s Degree from the University of Central Florida in 2001. Molly has worked in a wide variety of settings, including private practice, hospitals, rehab centers and schools. She has experience with feeding disorders, speech and language disorders, sensory integration disorders and early language development. Molly lives in Madison County with her husband and twins. She enjoys reading, scrapbooking, being outdoors and traveling.

Jennifer
MA, CCC-SLPJennifer received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders from Florida State University and her Master’s from Louisiana State University. She has been an active speech therapist for over 17 years, treating children and adults from 3 to over 90 years old. Jennifer’s areas of special interest include fluency, or stuttering, language and learning disorders, literacy based treatment approaches, and incorporating rhythm and music into therapeutic activities. She has a range of experience with many adult and pediatric disorders. Jennifer lives with her family in a yurt in Colbert, Georgia, where she loves to feel like she is camping everyday. Her other interests include travel, painting, dance, writing, reading,and spending time with her beloved family.
