Activekidz strives to accept as many Shadow Students as possible based on our therapists’ availability. Please use the form below during the times it is open to request placement. Utilizing this form is the only way to be considered.

April 1-30 for June/July Shadowing Hours
June 1-30 for August/September/October/November Shadowing Hours
December 1-30 for January/February/March/April/May Shadowing Hours
